We are located in the Metroplex Office Complex and conveniently offer free parking.
Our regular office hours are:
- In-office: Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Telemedicine: Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- After hours: By appointment only
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of My Buoyant Health, and they will contact us.
My Buoyant Health does not provide after-hours services. If you are in crisis, please call emergency services at 911 or the suicide hotline at 988 immediately. The fastest way to reach our providers regarding non-urgent matters is to send us a message through the patient portal or Healow app.
At My Buoyant Health, we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company, or you may call our office at (602) 510-6582 to find out if we accept your plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept payments through ECW.

If our provider suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.
Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of My Buoyant Health are routinely issued during your regularly scheduled visits.
If you find there is an issue with your pharmacy, prior authorization, or refills, or if you have additional concerns, please send us a message directly through your patient portal or the Healow app. Your request will be addressed as quickly as possible; however, we ask that you allow up to 72 hours for a response.
