Isabella Horning, AFPA Certified Health Coach
Isabella Horning is excited for the opportunity to support you as you rise above your life’s challenges through health coaching. She helps you look at what you want to change or achieve, comes up with a plan to get you there, and encourages you along the way.
Isabella is an Arizona native raised by a father, who is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a stay-at-home mother, who is now a yoga teacher. She had the privilege of attending Montessori school and graduated as co-valedictorian from Bioscience High School. She was awarded the “Actual Ray of Sunshine Award” for pathological optimism in her senior year and carried this into all areas of her life.
Isabella was curious about rain and clouds after being in Phoenix her whole life, so she traveled to The University of Portland in Oregon for 4 years to complete her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. She intended to teach Kindergarten until she became pregnant and experienced first-hand how these changes in her body and life affected her and so many others around her. This prompted Isabella to pursue a health coaching program with an emphasis on prenatal and post-partum care, so she can help support women and new families through this transition.
